1. All videos created will be securely stored offline and will not be available after uploading to ensure security protocols.
2. All videos created will be monitored for illegal activity and will be removed if deemed unacceptable.
3. All members of this site must be 18 years of age or older.
4. Any videos containing threats, suicide or messages considered to be harmful to oneself or another party will be removed and reported to the proper authorities.
5. All members will be charged a flat rate of $5.00 per month for maintenance of their account and secure storage of their videos, plus a yearly subscription fee of $14.99 per year that is charged upon account creation and every twelve months thereafter.
6. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you allow AndByTheWay.com to monitor all stored videos for illegal content and to deliver stored videos to assigned persons upon your passing.
7. Although we may attempt to notify you when changes are made to these Terms of Service, you should periodically review this section.
8. AndByTheWay.com may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in these Terms of Service shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
9. AndByTheWay.com will not share or sell any of the information gathered on this site.
10. AndByTheWay.com is not a pro-death website, does not support the idea of suicide/murder nor takes part in end of life services.
11. This website is not intended to replace a Will or Trust and has no legal bearing on your possessions at the time of your death.
